I'm taking the reigns back in the final week of our Weekly Virtual Mix Tape 5 Year celebration!

Friday's anniversary release will feature five songs that have made it to plenty of mixtapes that I've made over the years, but the ones on this list are some the tracks that didn't make that cut.

I have several playlists titled simply with a name, usually just a first.

These are people who have drifted in and out of my lives. Some are still friends. Some once were. Others were past loves, fellow workers, maybe even a nemesis or two. Whatever, we shared some music at some point, whether or not they knew about it. These are some of those songs. Because music is best shared.
